The dress I ordered not only came late…
The dress I ordered not only came late but dirty and threats sticking out!!!!! I kindly asked the customer service for a solution sending them all the photos of the dirty dress ….. it literally looks as if it has been worn before but I guess that some dry cleaning would help….I really love the dress and the style of it and therefore I‘d like to keep it but was expecting some compromise regarding the price so I could pay for the dry cleaning that the dress really needs and to get the sticking out threats taken care of by a taylor - before I could ever wear it ….
All I got was the rudest answer ever by a customer service - providing me with no solution at all!!!
I loved Reiss for many years but this is very bad!
I will not order or buy anything again if this is the way they are treating paying customers - I guess other brands make great clothing as well but have better service!
If you order something online, pray that your purchase is in best condition otherwise I wish you good luck ;-)

Reiss Regent Street
Reiss Regent Street branch never answer their phone! Tried to get through on numerous occasions and resorted to contacting Customer Services - they too are unable to get through and acknowledged Regent Street are renowned for ignoring the phone and this is a longstanding issue .... Avoid!

Problems with orders
Their products on the webpage look good, if only they would arrive.
I ordered a green jumper, cream trainers and another jumper from them and the order was confirmed. Only the cream trainers arrived. While I got a refund, no explanation was given as regards the other items. My personal experience (and apparantly from many here): Do not order directly from them if you are located in the European Union.
On a positive side.... the cream trainers are okay and were heavily discounted.

Terrible. Ordered a blouse that should have been delivered on the 8th July, received an email to say it had been delayed and would be delivered in a few days. Heard nothing and had to contact them to find out where it is on the 14th July, appears they don't even have it! Have received an email today about a separate item I ordered yesterday due for collection today that has also been delayed, my guess is they don't have that either. I shop frequently with Reiss online and in store and since their collaboration with Next it's gone downhill rapidly, you can't even get onto live chat I guess there's a lot of other people experiencing the same issue. Sort it out Reiss!

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I used to love Reiss and have many clothes from them in my wardrobe. However since it has become part of Next the quality of service is awful. I recently ordered a white Jacket - and it was literally screwed up in the box it came in ( on a NEXT hanger! ). After being a good customer for many years, I will not be buying from them again. Its definitely not the quality brand that it was anymore. Such a shame

Crap service, item not received, refund not provided, no information given
I had placed an order (Customer reference no. Z5W09441) on June the 24th, 2022 and still have not received it, today (10/07/2022) enquired about that on Live Chat and I was told that it is lost in transit. I enquired further why I was not informed and refunded then she said that they would be unaware unless I told them.

Are you making people fool out here? Such irresponsible and ridiculous service? Is this how you deal with customers? Shame on you.

Come back to me ASAP or the matter will end up in court.

Super poor customer service
Super poor customer service. Ordered shoes few month ago. They arrived with a very cheap quality. When I wanted to return them they offered only gift card, that is expiring in 24 months. To be able to use the card I need to contact them in prior to give me a special number. It teaks forever until they reply back to emails. Also my account is blocked, and wont can't set up a new password, they told me to create a new email address and an account as well...... spending hours just to be able to use my gift card somehow....
Would never buy anything from this brand, just sooo much hassle with it. The money is not worth for the quality.

Avoid online shopping on their website
They deliver and return through Evri which isthe worst courier and very unreliable. I ordered 16 items online, which arrived in 4 different packages. I returned 15 out of the 16 items the next day in their original packages with the return labels provided all in the same parcel shop all at the same time. Out of the 4 packages I received confirmation for return and refund for 1 package including 4 items. The other 11 items are lost and are worth over £1300. I normally hang on to the receipt for returns but this time since I received confirmation for 1 out of the 4 packages, I got rid of the receipts thinking the rest will come through too since they were all processed at the same time (this part was my own fault!). Now the packages are lost and I have no proof for return and have lost over £1300. The customer service didn’t do anything to help me. Very disappointed. Won’t ever shop from Reiss again.

Shockingly poor website, nothing has improved.
Since my last reviews it seems nothing has improved at Reiss. You really do wonder if the CEO is in charge of the show.
The website remains an utter shambles. Searches do not bring up the items you’d expect, search by size and you get every size showing! You find an item you like only to find it out of stock in every size….so why list it?
Still items are listed and there is no description of the colour….unbelievable. Shoes are described as suede with a photograph of a leather shoe.
Items are shown in stock then when you add them to your basket they are out of stock.
Items you see in store are not on the website, but if you search by the product name miraculously it appears but doesn’t show in the main body of the website.
Reiss once had an exemplary website, it is now one of the worst functioning retail websites around.
It’s shocking that after all the months of Next’s involvement that nobody has got to grips with the most basic functions of an online retail website.
I’m now buying my Reiss clothing from John Lewis, efficient website, quick reliable deliveries and returns processed very quickly. Shame you can’t say the same about the Reiss operation.

Traumatic expierence to exchange faulty garment
I have purchased trousers in Canary Wharf Cabot Place. However, after the first wash, both pockets came off, so I returned to the store to exchange them.

I am a regular customer, I have been shopping at this particular store for 20 years, and generally, I never have issues with the quality of the clothing or customer service.
This particular instance was highly distressing. I was met by a person at the desk who sounded Lithuanian. I asked if she was Lithuanian, and after realising we were both from the same country, we continued speaking in our language.

Gabriele Spakauskiene inspected the trousers and told me it was my fault that they were ripped. I asked if there was a department that could check whether it was a faulty item or the customer's fault. She raised her voice and said that there was no such department. She continued to talk to be in a raised voice the entire time. I had to stand there and prove to her that these two pockets came off after washing, showing my husband's text messages saying that, but Gabriele advised me she did not believe me because it's two pockets, not one. I asked if she was an expert. I tried to say Gabriele was a sales assistant, but she did not make clothes, so she is not an expert. Gabriele got furious and told me to leave the shop. I understood she could be the shop manager, but she never told me who she was. Gabriele said to me if I didn't leave the shop, she would call me security.
I never intended to disrespect her, and I have only asked questions to identify whether she is experienced in making such decisions and turning their regular customer away like that.

I returned home and wrote an email to customer service. The next day a pleasant woman from customer service called me to ask me to return to the store to exchange the trousers. She explained the pocked was torn off because temporary stitches were not removed. She advised that Gabriele would not be at the store, as I certainly would not return there if she were there.



When I returned, unfortunately, Gabriele still was there and served me again; Gabriele explained she thretened me with security because I said she was JUST a sales assistant. I never used the word JUST. Was Sunday shop was full of people. Gabriele put me down and laughed at me in front of other customers. Again, I do not want to go into minor details and relay our dialogue, but to this date, I have never seen such a rude manager. I have been shopping for many years. It is unacceptable to treat customers like that. Reiss should provide customer care training for staff.

Do not order if you live in Europe
Do not order if you live in Europe! Huge amount of hidden costs in addition to selling price. They quote their products with uk VAT but you need to pay additional import duty. If you need to return you lose the import duty. Paid 260 euro for 2 items of clothing and 76 euro import duties!!! Not worth it!! Will shop elsewhere

Reiss Clothing but Next Standards
I Ordered a blue top and it arrived with a make-up stain so I had to return.

And I’ve also had issues in the past like everyone else on here in getting refunds etc.

I think Reiss has really lost its way and Next has dragged it down to their level. In a few years it will be just another regular brand. What a shame.

Reiss, despite been an unnecessarily expensive brand has the worst customer service team who are made of liars and ignorants.
My order wasn’t delivered after I received a notification for delivery. Customer service told me that the message I received was a mistake and that my order would take longer.
Called a 2nd time and I was told my order was missing, no one communicated anything to me. Apparently it’s been missing for a while and the first CS just gave me some story to get me off the phone.
The second agent promised to process my refund but dropped the call and went about his business.
Plus their system takes forever to process customers details.
Why they won’t invest in a good IT solution with all the money then make beats me
